साहिबगंज जिले का तालझारी सीएससी स्थापित होने से पहले सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (आईटी) लहर से अछूता था। बल्लीउल्ला अंसारी का 2012 से अपने गाँव के लिए इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी को आसान बनाने का मकसद अपने क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम रहा है। पहले उन्हें आवेदन और अन्य सेवाओं के प्रसंस्करण के लिए कस्बों या शहरों की यात्रा करनी पड़ती थी जो कि एक कठिन काम हुआ करता था।
कई बार, उन्होंने 3 जी कनेक्शन के लिए इंटरनेट सेवा प्रदाता से संपर्क किया, लेकिन आखिरकार मई 2015 में RAILTEL की मदद से उन्हें अपने गाँव में इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करने का मौका मिला।

अपने सीएससी के माध्यम से बल्लीउल्ला आईडी कार्ड और शादी के कार्ड की छपाई, लेमिनेशन, डिजाइनिंग, स्कैनिंग और दस्तावेजों की छपाई जैसी कई सेवाएं प्रदान कराते है। विभिन्न जॉब फॉर्म भी उनके सीएससी सेंटर के माध्यम से उपलब्ध हैं।
बल्लीउल्ला अपने सीएससी के माध्यम से कंप्यूटर सीखने के लिए एनडीएलएम के तहत स्कूली छात्रों को भी दाखिला देते है। उनके समर्पण के कारण, सीएससी एसपीवी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, भारत सरकार ने उन्हें सम्मानित किया था। बल्लीउल्ला झारखंड के शीर्ष 25 वीएलई में से एक है।

गंगा ओंकारप्पा बैंगलोर में स्थित अपने कार्य केंद्र के साथ कर्णटक से निकलती है। वह सामाजिक कार्य (MSW) में परास्नातक डिग्री धारक हैं। 2016 के दौरान सीएससी ई-गवर्नेंस प्रायोजित परियोजना के तहत सीएससी-वीएलई के रूप में कार्य करने के बाद, थानिसेंद्रा, बैंगलोर में सीएससी केंद्र स्थापित किया है।
वह आभारी है कि उसे सीएससी पर काम करने का अवसर मिला और उसने कई सेवाओं जैसे – पैन, आधार, पासपोर्ट, जीवन योजना, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, बीमा सेवा, डिजिटल मीडिया, एनडीएलएम, पीएमजीदिशा और डिजिटल के उपयोग पर शिक्षा कार्यक्रम वित्तीय समावेशन और यात्रा – ट्रेन, बस, फ्लाइट टिकट बुकिंग आदि पर काम किया है ।
स्थानीय समुदाय ने उसे उचित मान्यता दी है। उसने डिजिटल साक्षरता के तहत एक कंप्यूटर साक्षर के रूप में 4000 से अधिक लाभार्थियों को प्रशिक्षित किया है और 85000 से अधिक लोगों को संवेदनशील बनाने और डिजिटल दुनिया में बदलते परिदृश्य को अपनाने में प्रत्येक भारतीय नागरिक की आवश्यकता और भूमिका के बारे में जागरूक किया है। इस दिशा में, उन्होंने स्कूल, कॉलेज, पुलिस और अन्य सरकार में कई कार्यक्रम, कार्यशालाएं आयोजित की हैं। इनके अलावा, उन्होंने बंगलौर ग्रामीण जिले के लिए विशेष डिजिटल वित्तीय समावेशन जागृति पर कार्यक्रम भी किए हैं। “अल्लुरुद्दोडनहल्ली” ग्रामपंचायत के 4 गाँवों को अर्थात् डोड्डानहल्ली, अल्लूर, सौंगट्टा और बन्निमंगला (देवनाहल्ली तालुक, बैंगलोर ग्रामीण जिला) को कैशलेस गाँव बनाने के लिए गोद लिया । स्कूली बच्चों जेएटीए (आंदोलन) के नारों के साथ नारे लगाते हुए इन गांवों में 5 दिनों का “कैशलेस ट्रांजेक्शन जागृति कार्यक्रम” हुआ।
