GST csc vle Big Update

Dear VLEs,

GSTR 9 should be filed by the regular taxpayers filing GSTR 1, and GSTR 3B and GSTR 9A should be filed by the persons registered under composition scheme under GST.

Last Date of filing GSTR 9 and 9A for A.Y 18-19 is 30th June 2019

IMPORTANT NOTE –

Those who have applied for cancellation or have surrender their GSTIN and also filed their GSTR 10 have to file their GSTR 9 and GSTR 9A (Annual return)

Those who had filed their GSTR 3B with late fee would not file NIL GSTR 9 /9A. You have to show Late fee in the Return .

Similarly,  if a taxpayer had applied for cancellation of registration but the application was pending as on 31st March 2018, he shall be required to file GSTR-9.

* There is penalty for not filing the return on time .

जीएसटीआर 9 को नियमित करदाताओं को जीएसटीआर 1, और जीएसटीआर 3 बी दाखिल करना चाहिए।

GSTR 9A को GST के तहत कंपोजीशन स्कीम के तहत पंजीकृत व्यक्तियों द्वारा दायर किया जाना चाहिए।

GSTR 9 और 9A को A.Y 18-19 के लिए दाखिल करने की अंतिम तारीख 30 जून 2019 है

महत्वपूर्ण लेख –

जिन लोगों ने रद्द करने के लिए आवेदन किया है या जिन्होंने अपना GSTN आत्मसमर्पण किया है और अपना GSTR 10 भी दाखिल किया है उन्हें अपना GSTR 9 और GSTR 9A (वार्षिक रिटर्न) दाखिल करना होगा

जिन लोगों ने विलंब शुल्क के साथ अपना GSTR 3B दाखिल किया था, वे NIL GSTR 9  दाखिल नहीं करेंगे।

इसी तरह, अगर किसी करदाता ने पंजीकरण रद्द करने के लिए आवेदन किया था, लेकिन आवेदन 31 मार्च 2018 तक लंबित था, तो उसे जीएसटीआर -9 दाखिल करना होगा।

* समय पर रिटर्न दाखिल नहीं करने पर जुर्माना लग सकता है ।
